Keeping kids active and putting their high levels of energy to good use is a very important step in paving the way to a healthier and stronger future for your children. Our curriculum revolves around respect, confidence, and discipline.
Students attend two (2) classes per week. In these classes, students learn:
- Core principles of TKD
- Basic Korean Commands & Counting
- Teamwork & Competition Training
- Respect Bow
- Agility & Strength Training
- Meditation & Mindfulness
- Flexibility & Stretching Techniques
- Bully-Busting & Kindness
